Our team provides an Airport Planning service to minimise risks against changes in market conditions, enabling space to be utilised as required to meet both short and long term needs. To safeguard and maximise operational life we design to the appropriate international standards on the airside. On the landside, we allow for cost efficient expansion of terminal buildings while taking into consideration access and development opportunities. As part of this service we also provide risk assessment, emergency planning, construction planning and value engineering.

Our current experience as design leaders of major international terminals includes the 35 million passengers per year capacity terminal for Chek Lap Kok Hong Kong Airport. Our involvement in the design process began at the initial site investigation stage through to the development of the design, the production of contract documents to the supervision and quality control of the construction works.

The Group's expertise and track record in design management - including identifying the appropriate design and procurement process - helps to ensure that all aspects of the facility are available on time and to the predetermined budget. We make significant use of technology, including our own state-of-the-art design programs to increase the accuracy and efficiency of the design process allowing the client a greater freedom of input.
